Pikovit forte coated tablets

Pikovit forte coated tablets contain eleven of the most important vitamins in amounts that correspond to the daily needs of children aged 7 and older. The tablets do not contain sugar, which is necessary for the development and reproduction of bacteria, so they do not have a harmful effect on the teeth. The tablets contain mannitol, maltitol and aspartame, which gives them a pleasant taste.
Pikovit forte coated tablets are recommended when there is a greater need for vitamins as well as a supplement to an incomplete and depleted diet:

• in cases of fatigue and poor concentration in school children,
• in cases of physical stress (active and recreational sports),
• in cases of irregular and monotonous nutrition,
• in case of lack of appetite,
• as a supplement during treatment with antibiotics and as a vitamin supplement to food in seasons when there are not enough fresh fruits and vegetables. Pikovit forte cannot replace a balanced and varied diet.

Dosage and method of use:
The usual dose for children older than 7 years and adults is 1 coated tablet a day, after a meal. The coated Pikovit forte tablet should be dissolved in the mouth. When it comes to lack of appetite, the coated tablets should be taken for 2 months, and in case of other complaints 2 to 3 times a year for one month.

Composition :

Pikovit forte contains maltitol (E 965) and liquid maltitol. If you have an intolerance to some of the sugars, consult your doctor before taking this medicine. Pikovit forte contains aspartame. Aspartame (E 951) is a source of phenylalanine and can harm people with phenylketonuria.
